PORT ELIZABETH - The West Indies won the toss and chose to bowl in the cricket World Cup group B match against New Zealand at St George's Park here today.
New Zealand made two changes from their 47-run loss to Sri Lanka on Monday, bringing in spinner Daniel Vettori and wicketkeeper Brendon McCullum for Daryl Tuffey and Craig McMillan.
The West Indies made one change from their three-run win over South Africa, bringing in pace bowler Nixon McLean in place of Pedro Collins.
The weather was fine and clear in Port Elizabeth and play was due to start on time at 10am local time (2100 NZ time).
