Police have executed some search warrants in an effort to track down an ex-convict who impersonated a medical student at Wellington Hospital.
Peta Edward, 26, was seen disguised as a medical student on hospital grounds, on Tuesday.
The hospital and other government agencies since have put out alerts to keep an eye out for Edwards, police spokesman Nick Bohm said.
"He's not at his bail address so he is in breach of his bail conditions."
Police were urging Edwards to hand himself into police.
