KEY POINTS:
Police are continuing to mull whether serving officers will be disciplined after a Tauranga woman made a home video of a group sex session allegedly involving police available to a newspaper.
Police said today that they had finished interviewing Debbie Gerbich and no criminal charges had resulted from the investigation.
Ms Gerbich alleged, initially anonymously, in the Sunday News that she had been involved in group sex sessions with serving police officers.
Though she felt at the time the group sex sessions were consensual, she said, "looking back, I can see I was manipulated".
Police had also received no formal complaint in relation to any emails received by Ms Gerbich.
Police are continuing to look into the information available to determine whether there are any disciplinary matters involving serving officers to be addressed.
