Acai smoothie
Serves 4
2 x 100g sachets of acai puree
1 banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries of your choice
2 Tbs yoghurt
1/2Tbsp honey
Apple juice
1 Defrost the acai puree then pour into a blender.
2 Add the chopped banana, berries, yoghurt and honey. Blend until smooth.
3 Taste for sweetness and add more honey if necessary, then blend while pouring in enough apple juice to create the consistency of a smoothie. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
