A West Coast cannabis dealer charged his customers a $5 delivery fee, a court has been told.
Kirk Douglas Waho appeared in Greymouth District Court this week and admitted 12 charges of offering to sell cannabis.
Police prosecutor Steven Greer said police sought a warrant to check Waho's phone messages after a search of his house revealed a 'tick' list (client list) and other cannabis paraphernalia.
Investigations revealed that in a little over a month, Waho had sent out 250 texts to various people offering to sell cannabis tinnies for $25, plus a $5 delivery fee.
On some occasions his texts went to 20 or 48 people simultaneously.
