The final week of round robin pool played out at various venues last week, with both Titans Teams Black and Blue drawing their respective games.

Black were taken to the wire by the Herekino Razorbacks at Awanui, 4-4 in singles, with chances aplenty available on the night for the visitors. Titans Blue went down 5-3 singles in a strong showing by the Kauri Arms All Day team, before the Titans awoke from their slumber.

There was one other drawn game, between KA Rebels and Collard Hawks, which was also 4-4 in singles.

The big talking point of the round would have to be the Waipap Maniacs' 8-4 defeat of the KA Nek Minit team at Waipap. (6-2), and Herekino Razorbacks' towelling of the KA Renegades 8-4 (5-3 in singles). Awanui 8 Ball recorded a come from behind 7-5 win over Collard Wanderers. Down 3-5 at the turn, Awanui dealt it to Wanderers in the doubles.

The pressure was on Tuesday night, with the two Titans teams level on points going into their match with the Minor Premiership on the line. Titans Black won 7-3 to claim the honour for 2013.

The other matches on Tuesday were all too tight to call and all went down to wire.

Awanui 8 Ball did just enough to beat Kauri Arms Nek Minit, winning 7-5. The pub's other team, the Renegades, had better luck beating the Herekino Razor Backs by the same margin 7-5, while a tie-breaker was required to separate the KA All Day team, who were pipped 7-6 by the Collard Hawks.

The KA Rebels beat the Herekino Boarhunters 7-5, while the Waipap Gold team beat the Collard Wanderers also by a 7-5 margin.

Apologies for the draw not running in Tuesday's paper due to gremlins in the system. Four of the teams in division three will need to play an extra round before October 15.
