A person has died after the truck they were in flipped and became submerged in water on a farm in the Far North.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Kupa Rd in Motatau about 6.30pm, a police spokeswoman said.
The person's age and gender are currently unknown.
The truck has been recovered.
