Time to vote
Roland's Wood is a free garden/park/woodland in Inlet Road, Kerikeri, known for its wonderful display of bluebells in September, beech trees now in fresh spring green, and as a place to enjoy with dogs, which are welcome.
Kerikeri residents John Horrell and John Graham are finalists in the NZ Gardener of the Year competition, in recognition of all their time, effort and expertise in maintaining and developing Roland's Wood as a resource for the community. The winner of the competition is chosen by public vote from the various finalists, so this letter is to encourage people who enjoy Roland's Wood to go vote for these 'Make a difference' gardeners before October 29, either online at the NZ Gardener website (http://nzgardener.co.nz) or through the NZ Gardener October issue magazine voting form.
