Lights off

What a brainless, back-stabbing, petulant action from the Maori Party. Helen Clark is an achiever, and there is no doubt about her love for her country and New Zealanders. Even her political rivals give her credit for this.

Time for Maori to move on, as already other political parties have excellent Maori MPs working for New Zealand and their people in the modern system, which is not perfect but superior to the 1840s.

Would the last member of the Maori Party please turn out the lights as they leave and join others looking to the future with reality-plus political and diplomatic skills? This could cause the present government to fall and be replaced by one that will have Maori MPs on the government benches.
