Fresh air

I've just finished reading yesterday's paper, and wanted to say that my heart leapt when I noticed the article on page 9 entitled 'My time has come.' Perhaps it was the Croatian language, perhaps the beautiful 'foreign' photograph - or both. But it certainly captured my attention and struck a chord deep within. A story that would resonate with so many of us here in the North.

So I really just wanted to commend you for placing that wonderful piece. It was such a pleasing breath of fresh air and so enjoyable to see. And I wanted to congratulate the writer for her incredible talent and creativity.

I loved Tanja's writing style; she obviously put a lot of effort and thought into moulding her piece into such an engaging and creative article.

Well done - can't wait to see more!
