Aupouri 21 Kaitaia College 14: Aupouri came out with a strong start in this college grade netball clash in Kaitaia last Thursday evening, scoring off the first three centre passes, giving themselves an early lead.
Defenders Waitui Matiu, Te Puawai Nopera and Chance Wi-Mulqueen (the Aupouri POTD) kept the College
shooters out of the goal circle and scooped up rebounds which their mid-courters and goal shoots converted converted into points. At the halftime break College's mid-court combination had the opposition rattled but by then the scores were too far apart for any comeback.
