YOUNG SPORT FANS

Hi, my name is Lucas Hargreaves and I'm 10 years-old. I go to Waipu Primary School and I play hockey for Bream Bay.
The best thing about playing hockey is you get a good run around at the weekend and it's a fun game.
I like playing goalie, half or as a back but I'm not too keen about playing in the forwards because I'm not too sure what forwards do and it's hard to score goals.
It's not nice when the weather's really wet, the ball slows down and you've got to work a lot harder to keep it going.
When I'm playing hockey I try to keep my eye on the ball always, so we can attack when the coach says.
My best memories from hockey are probably saving the goals when I'm playing in goal.
When I'm not playing sport I like to play at home with the dogs and ride my bike.
On the morning of a game I eat cereal and toast. One day I want to play sport for a top club side, it doesn't really matter what sport it is, it could be tennis, hockey or anything.
