Kamo rugby players will wear pink and white-hooped jerseys to raise money for breast cancer during their top-of-the-table clash against Mid-Northern this weekend.
All money raised will go to the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation and Kamo players will auction their game jerseys for charity.
Taniwha player Bryce Williams is selling raffle tickets, with the winner getting the number 20 jersey.
Mr Williams wore a pink and white-hooped jersey at Kamo Intermediate School yesterday while working as a rugby development officer.
He said last year a member of the Kamo rugby club received treatment for cancer and club members have since decided to raise money every year towards the cause.
