Centre Pennants are to be held this weekend and 50 teams have been entered by various clubs. The draw is as follows:

Women: Day 1: Ngunguru; Day 2: Onerahi.

Whangarei, Kamo, Mangawhai 1; Hikurangi 1; Kensington Worms, Kensington Birds, One Treet Pt 1; Onerahi 1; Arapohue, Mangawhai 2.

Women: Day 1 Maungakaramea; Day 2: Ngunguru.

Maungatapere, Ngunguru 1; Ngunguru 2; One Tree pt 2; Hikurangi 2; Mangawhai 3; Kensington Bats, Kensington Snakes, Onerahi 2, Mt Manaia.

Play starts at 9am. Please check with your clubs for conditions of play.

Website error

Those of you who have attempted to enter a centre fixture through the website in the past 10 days please note that the server had an error and any entries sent will not have been received. This has now been corrected. If you have not had an acknowledgement of your entry, please contact me by phone or email urgently.

Entries close for the mixed pairs today. This will be extended to Sunday for those who had a problem entering.

Schools event

Planning is well under way for the Regional Secondary Schools tournament to be held at Onerahi greens on September 29-30. Play starts at 12.45pm on Saturday and 9am on Sunday.

The representative teams for the 1-5 Year regional tournament to be held on October 7 at Waipu greens are as follows:
