5 GOOD SPORTS IN 2008 - Ady Ngawati

Ady Ngawati, Northland's top female athlete, was a surprise winner of the 2007 Auckland Marathon. Then she won it again in 2008.
Now the former triathlete is considering lining up in one of the world's biggest events, the New York Marathon, and concentrating her efforts on trying to break 2h 40m.
Next year the Auckland event will double as the New Zealand Marathon championship event. Watch out for an unassuming sports tutor from Whangarei to become a national champion.
