The rule is if the pie is hot "always blow on the pie" but what happens if the pie has been stolen from a chiller?
Northland police are investigating the theft of 148 pies from a chiller outside a Maungaturoto business. The pie heist happened between 5pm yesterday and 7am today.
The pies were on 13 catering trays and there was an assortment of meats also taken.
