A Whangarei woman has admitted more than 60 charges of possessing and supplying methamphetamine and cannabis.
Nicolette Sue Coutts, 43, pleaded guilty in the Whangarei District Court and was remanded in custody for sentencing in November.
She was arrested as part of police Operation Rex which focused on street-level drug dealers responsible for the distribution of meth.
In April 2015, the Northland Organised Crime Unit started investigating the source of meth supply in the region.
A large amount of cellphone records were examined that resulted in the identification of prominent drug dealers in Northland. Coutts was identified as a prominent dealer of meth and cannabis.
