T&G Global is currently seeking a Sales Cadet/Storeperson to join our tight-knit Whangarei team. This is a permanent full time role working morning shift from 3am daily, Monday - Friday + Saturday once every three weeks.

This role is like no other with a dual focus both on Sales and Warehousing tasks. From a sales perspective you will be responsible for booking and selling product, serving customers and processing all paperwork right through to the finalisation of all sales. From a warehousing perspective you will be the heart of our warehouse, completing tasks promptly and efficiently, loading and unloading, forklift driving and completing general stores and admin duties.

We are looking for someone who is prepared to pitch in and do a bit of everything - you need to be able to work well unsupervised, be proactive and have a can do attitude! While sales experience will be an advantage, it is not mandatory, we are prepared to invest training into the right candidate.

We are looking for a top performer with the following skills and attributes:
• Strong team player
• Positive can-do approach
• Outgoing
• Self-driven - able to work autonomously
• Previous experience in either Stores/Warehouse environment
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Intermediate computer skills

Due to the nature of this role, you will be of a reasonable fitness, able to lift up to 30kg, and able to be on your feet for most of your shift.
