A trio of sporting Northlanders created a bit of fun for local kids earlier this week, helping parents finish up any last-minute shopping in the process, by holding a two-day Christmas Sports Camp.
Professional cricketer Rory Darkins combined with former New Zealand under-20 football representative Katie Rood and Whangarei Boys' High School teacher and rugby sevens coach Harry Darkins to put together the camp. Photographer John Stone went along on Monday to grab these shots.
