Local schools from far and wide converged on Whangārei this week for the Northland Area School Tournament at Kensington Park.
The tournament, which finished yesterday, saw schools compete in several sporting disciplines including basketball, rugby, football, netball and ki o rahi. Northern Advocate photographers John Stone and Michael Cunningham stopped by to catch the action.
