The second-hand builders' supplies store in Kioreroa Rd has for sale the pulpit from St Paul's Presbyterian Church in Christchurch, demolished after being severely damaged in the earthquake that struck the South Island city on February 22, 2011.
The pulpit had been pulled out of the church, built in 1877, after a fire in 2009.
More than $145,000 was spent on fire restoration, but the building was damaged in the 2010 Canterbury earthquake and partially collapsed in the 2011 quake.
The pulpit is large, made of kauri and priced at $2000.
