A man has died after a forestry accident in Northland.
WorkSafe said the worker was injured by a moving vehicle on a forestry block near Pakotoi, 48km northwest of Whangarei, on May 28.
He was flown by the Northland Rescue Helicopter to Auckland Hospital the same day, but has since died.
WorkSafe was notified of the death yesterday and is investigating. .
