Northland's entrepreneurs of the future were out in force last weekend for the Young Enterprise Scheme Trade Fair.
Student companies' marketing and sales skills were put to the test by judges and crowds of genuine customers at the Turner Centre.
This year's winner was Kerikeri High School's Innoluminate, which makes glow-in-the-dark stickers for light switches, while second place went to Abundant Life School's #InstaHealth, which promotes healthy eating and Maori business concepts.
Winner of third place and the customer choice award went to Springbank School's Cashew Company, which produces cashew paste from nuts imported from Mozambique.
