He said the official paperwork came through during the week that followed.
Cody said about 200 people enjoyed the park on the opening weekend of November 4-5.
Last weekend, about 100 people turned up at the park. Cody was impressed with that turnout given the weather was cold and windy.
"Everyone's telling us how much they love it and how they are going to be back."
He said the most popular items were the glamping tents and blow-up obstacle course.
"Those are the two things everyone goes crazy about. Everyone just loves the blob."
The blob is a large inflatable bubble which one person jumps on to and catapults another person into the lake.
He said the park opened on weekends at the moment, and was planning to open every day from mid-December.
Cody said he hoped to have the wakeboarding cable system ready to go next week.
The family have been hard at work on and around the 12ha lake through winter building the park.
He said bookings were filling up quite quickly.
As well as the obstacle course and glamping tents, the park has a 45m slide which fires people into the lake, human foosball, kayaks, paddleboards and more.
There are long-term plans to add mountain biking, horse trekking and motorbikes, to name a few events.
