A friend of mine on a Job Seeker benefit says he should have been on a sickness benefit and was desperate to find a job since the benefit was inadequate.

I was with him in WINZ.

We looked at a list of 10 job vacancies and found three needed computer skills (he has none) and six needed a car.

PS To apply for a job here, one now has to do this online, not in person.
