Baddeley noted the clash with the Fencibles would be their toughest match in the next six games - which will take them through to the end of round one.
But he said the side was confident they could go there and get three points.
"North Force is probably not the best footballing side in the league but we've certainly got plenty of fighting spirit to go with it so I think we're a match for anybody in the league on the day.
"I think they've already answered the question of how bad they want it. I think the league is so tight that if we were to say we were going to win the next six games we'd be a little arrogant, because they're all going to be battles and other teams are going to be dropping points as well.
"We don't want to be dropping points but it's possible we will," he said.
While Baddeley was happy with his side's three-win two-loss record, he acknowledged the close games could continue as injuries start to affect the squad.
"Over the next period of time the depth of our squad will be tested because there will be injuries, so some of the young guys will have to step up to the plate but I'm fully confident they'll do that.
"I think it's a great opportunity for the young guys to be playing alongside your Steve Schimmel and Scott Burgesses ... they'll be constantly learning and it's a great environment to be in with momentum on the field and off the field.
"It's teaching them the right culture, the winning culture.
"We had two aims this year, one was to get promotion back to first division and the other was to develop the young players in the squad so we've got a base to build from for many years going forward and I think we're on track for that."
Saturday's match, to be played in Pakuranga, kicks off at 2.45pm.
