Multiply this recipe to serve as many people as you like.
Serves 1
For each croque
• 3 slices toast bread
• Butter or mayo for spreading
• Wholegrain mustard to taste
• Sliced SPCA Blue Tick ham
• Tasty cheese, sliced
• 1 SPCA Blue Tick egg
• ½ cup milk
• Oil for cooking
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
1. Spread the bread with butter or mayo, then the mustard. Generously layer slices of ham and tasty cheese on to two slices of the bread and stack up with the third slice to make a three-tier sandwich.
