THE BRAT PACK: This suave group of twenty-somethings — Rhys Darby (also appearing in his own show Rhys Darby & The Time Machine), Chris Brain, Terry Frisby and Jeremy Elwood — offer a fresh late-night cocktail of music, stand-up and improv. Town Hall Laugh! Lounge, April 28 and April 29, 9.45 pm
THE NAKED SAMOANS: Their latest episode, Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go, is a prequel to previous productions Naked Samoans Talk About The Knives and Naked Samoans Go To Hollywood and, among other things features Shimpal Lelisi (Louis from Shortland Street) break-dancing on stage for the first time. THE RHONDA MOVEMENT: Percussion, perversion and PVC. This trio of ex-pat Kiwis (now in Oz) get rhythmic with everything from their chewing gum to their sunglasses. Laugh! Lounge, May 2 to May 6, 9.45 pm
SCONES 2: CHALK & CHEESE: When these young guns from Christchurch did their first Laugh! Festival in 1999, nobody showed up on opening night. But the word spread and they had sellout shows by the end of their season. Manifesto, April 27 to April 30, 8.30 pm
