KEY POINTS:
450g butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbs good cocoa
2 handfuls sliced figs soaked in brandy
3 handfuls shredded coconut
4 eggs mixed
1 Melt butter in a pot. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
2 Add vanilla, cocoa, figs, coconut, and eggs. Cook together in pot for 2 mins stirring constantly. Take off the heat and add 2 packets of crushed Vanilla Wine biscuits. Mix and press into a slice tin. If the mix is too wet add more coconut. Set in the fridge and ice with rich chocolate icing.
