Such is their continued brilliance at the contemporary R&B single, Destiny's Child will one day deliver a very good greatest hits album. But until then fans of the biggest girl group in the world who head here to play next week may have to do with this patchy remix collection.
It's good when they turn up the knob marked "hip-hop", especially on the guest MC-heavy versions of Survivor and Jumpin Jumpin. But when the Fugees Wyclef Jean imposes himself all over Bug a Boo and No No No, or Missy Elliot flattens the energy on Bootylicious or her offsider Timbaland turns the Say My Name from assertive girlpop into a guy's boudoir fantasy, even fans might find themselves running screaming back to the originals.
