This offering by the Auckland guitar-led four-piece might be only seven tracks long but their slow, pensive, effects-heavy, expansive rock stretches quite neatly to fit a dreamy 40 minutes.
Reminiscent of Bailterspace when it builds up a head of sonic steam and for its Nasa-friendly lyrics (titles include Satellite Swings and Space and Time), it occasionally lets its grand jangles, chimes and drones support the odd pop sentiment with the likes of Dead Star, the sort of song to keep happy anyone waiting forlornly for that next Stereo Bus album.
