KEY POINTS:
Serves 4
200g dark chocolate 50-70 per cent cocoa solids, chopped
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
2 Tbs cointreau
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 small red chilli
1 star anise
2 strips orange peel
1. In a heavy based saucepan, gently heat the chocolate with the milk and cream.
2. Add the other ingredients and stir until smooth. Serve warm in small cups.
