Serves 2
1 whole camembert - approximately 250g
6 small garlic cloves
6 small sprigs of fresh thyme
½ cup chardonnay
½ tsp smoked paprika
Crusty bread to serve
1 Preheat oven to 200C. Place the cheese in a snug fitting ovenproof dish.
2 Make six incisions in the cheese then push in the garlic and thyme.
3 Pour over the wine then sprinkle on the paprika and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with bread.
