What operating systems are supported by the NZ Herald app?
The following operating systems will work with our apps:
Apple iOS
12.4 or higher
Google Android
7.0 or higher
How to check and update Apple iOS on your iPhone
Go to Settings > General > Software Update
This screen shows the currently installed version of iOS and whether an update is available.
To update, tap Download and Install.
How to check and update Android on your Samsung or Google Phone
Open your phone’s Settings app.
Near the bottom, tap System And then System update.
See your “Android version” and “Android security update.
Follow any steps on the screen to update
