    How do I see what subscription offer I have signed up to if I have an in-app subscription? 

    If you would like to see your subscription information, and you subscribed with us from the NZ Herald app using your Apple or Google ID, you can do this in the settings on your device.

    iOS  (Apple iPhone or iPad)

    1. Open the Settings on your Phone.   
    2. Tap your name at the top of the page.   
    3. Tap Subscriptions to see your NZ Herald subscription information.

    Android (Samsung, Google or other smart phone/tablet)


    1. Open the Google Play Store and sign in 
    2. Tap Menu the Menu (three lines)  
    3. Then tap Subscriptions to see your NZ Herald subscription information.
