How do I cancel my Listener subscription?  

For subscriptions purchased via the Listener, Viva or NZ Herald website please visit “My subscriptions” (link to: https://www.nzherald.co.nz/my-account/profile/subscriptions/) by clicking on your profile at the top right corner of your screen. Then click on the “Cancel subscription” button.

Our contact centre is open Monday - Friday: 7.30am – 4.30pm

If you purchased your subscription via the NZH app, you need to cancel your subscription directly with Apple and Google. Please see the links below for how to do this for each platform.
