Having trouble signing in?

If you enter the wrong password too many times, you’ll be locked out for 30 minutes. This is to keep your account secure. You’ll need to wait at least 30 minutes and then try again.

For help, give us a call on 0800 437 253 from Monday - Friday: 6.30am - 4.30pm and Weekends: 7am -10am (closed on Public Holidays).

You’ll normally be signed in for one year, unless you sign out, delete your cookies or delete your app. After one year we’ll ask you to sign in again.
