    How do I place my paper delivery on a Temporary Hold?  

    you can put a hold on your Newspaper using our  Subscriber Services website. If you haven't registered yet, you will need the email address and delivery address registered to your account.

    Alternatively, You can access our automated telephone system on 0800 100 888 (The New Zealand Herald) 0800 001 099 (Regional Publications) and follow the prompts. You will need the phone number registered to your account.

    Temporary holds can be in place for a maximum period of 60 days. For longer hold periods, please call us on 0800 100 888 (The New Zealand Herald) or 0800 001 099 (Regional Publications).

    Confirmation of your Temporary Hold dates will be sent by email. Please note that we cannot deliver back copies.
