For subscriptions purchased on nzherald.co.nz, you can now cancel online.
1. Access nzherald.co.nz, make sure you are signed in with your email and password, and click your name on the top right corner.
2. Click on “My subscriptions”
3. Scroll down, then click on the “Cancel subscription” button.
4. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
5. Select the reason why you are cancelling your subscription.
6. Confirm cancellation.
