For the first time the event has been extended into July, running over five weekends from June 9 to July 9.
"We have extended it to cater for the visiting rugby fans with the Lions tour going on around the country."
Ms Dundas said the lineup for the winter event was expected to be above previous years, with London-based chef and restaurateur Peter Gordon joining the series as the international ambassador.
Mr Gordon, who is one of New Zealand's best-loved culinary exports, is cooking at two events hosting Fine Wine and Dine with Air New Zealand and Peter Gordon at Craggy Range Winery and Savour with Peter Gordon at Sileni Estate.
"It is really exciting having him here as our international ambassador for the first time, we are delighted he could join us."
Ms Dundas said the range of events was another selling point with something there for everyone.
"Events include everything from cooking classes, to dinners in private homes, truffle hunts, serious wine tastings and several events themed around rugby."
"We have your staple home favourites but then also a good range of international cuisine with a 'Moroccan Feast' and 'Munich meets Meeanee' to name a couple."
An another exciting addition to this year's lineup is the newly announced sponsor Forsyth Barr.
Ms Dundas said they were delighted to have Forsyth Barr join the family of sponsors which now includes Electrolux, NZ Sotheby's International, Air New Zealand, Hawke's Bay BMW, Hastings District Council and Napier City Council.
"We look forward to working with their local investment advisory team and growing this year's event in partnership with them," Ms Dundas said.
Forsyth Barr's head of advisory John Owen said chefs follow a recipe and investing was no different.
"Combining research, market data and personal investment goals requires skill and care to deliver a great outcome."
Forsyth Barr will open the series with the "Winter F.A.W.C! Forsyth Barr Opening Gala" to be held at the Old Church on Friday June 9.
Tickets go on sale to F.A.W.C! database members on Monday, May 1, and tickets will be released to the general public from May 2 at 9am via fawc.co.nz.
