Do you have a taste for the exotic?

If you fancy one or two, or even a small flock of exotic sheep, Wimbledon will be the place to go for good stock this Sunday.

Farmer Brian Hales is passionate about his exotic breeds and will be holding his fourth sale
on his farm, with small lots including karakul, jacob, gotland, pitt, arapawa and awassi sheep.

"I will also be selling this season's ewe hoggets from my milking flock of east freisian and awassi sheep," Mr Hales said.

There will also be stock from outside vendors Christine Reed, Janine King and Susan Grayson.

Buyers can also select their own pitt island rams for $80 a head, or the distinctive jacob rams for $100 each.

The Helmsman (silent) auction system will be used on Sunday and vendors have the right to accept or decline the final bid.

There will be internet banking available, but no eftpos. Cash and cheques will also be accepted.
