Health mentor and researcher Jason Shon Bennett.

Health mentor and researcher Jason Shon Bennett.

Internationally renowned health researcher, best-selling author and international keynote speaker Jason Shon Bennett is taking his new seminar, My 20 Golden Rules, around New Zealand, stopping off in Napier on June 4.

Jason will share his 20 Golden Rules approach to exceptional health and wellbeing as he sheds light on genetics optimised by lifestyle, diet and environment, naturally.

He will share his findings from almost 30 years of research, aimed to arm people with the information and inspiration they need to improve existing health conditions and increase energy, longevity and overall wellbeing.

"If you're sick on a regular basis, overweight or obese, have an "incurable disease", are tired all the time or look much older than your age, there are 20 simple things that you can do that will, without a doubt, improve your health and your headspace almost immediately - and it is my passion to educate people on these simple but life-changing shifts that are so easy to implement," Jason says.

My 20 Golden Rules, also the title of his newest book, due for release this winter, has seeded from his own journey from extreme sickness to wellness and exceptional health.

He has worked with a wide range of people, including All Blacks rugby players, corporates and stay-at-home parents to improve their health and wellbeing with life changing results.

During the seminar Jason will cover how to prevent major illnesses including cancer, heart disease, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, mental health decline, plus diet and lifestyle tips for youthful health, energy and vitality.
