*  Re leasehold valuations: HBRC valuation $50,000 dearer than a very well known independent valuer. HBRC valuer didn't set foot on the property.Other thoughts

*  Nurses have always been busy. That does not excuse rudness and a lack of basic care. If they lack empathy they should try another career.

*  It makes me sick when I read in the media a description of a person as ... "Maori or Polynesian". Get it straight! Maori ARE Polynesian! Don't be so ignorant!

*  Dump charges are poorly managed, hence the littering problems everywhere. Was charged $12 to dump a television. Hardly an incentive to be responsible. JN
