* Re quitters tap into help: I was a serious smoker three months ago but after reading Allen Car's Easy Way to Stop Smoking I stopped, no problem no anger or pain. In fact I enjoy not smoking. And I am definitely not the only one this has worked for. Government and health providers should endorse this book. LH

* Well done to NZ Post. Our mail was delivered to wrong mail box so the people there put it in bin because they couldn't be bothered walking down the road to us. Unfair.
