* Councillors 3 per cent-4.5 per cent & 6 per cent for the Mayor. I wonder what sort of per cent increase the real workers outside of Plaque Palace received? The gardeners, carpenters, rubbish, mowing, cemetery, etc, may have been lucky to see 1-2 per cent if anything?
