* I'm a starter to march on our council re the excess rates we're paying for the ridiculous spending around this city. The day will come when we won't be able to keep our own home because of rate increases. Like a lot of us we have worked hard to get our home. I've just retired, to pay my rates is almost one pension - not a lot to go on.
