New Zealand is one step closer to being predator free by 2050.
More than 80 people involved in large scale Predator Free projects around the country met in Napier last week to share learnings from their projects.
Predator Free 2050 Limited chief executive Abbie Reynolds said it was about bringing together the 18 landscape projects being funded around the country.
"It's about making sure what we are learning is being shared by all of the projects doing the work."
Eradication was still a new approach that they were learning about, she said.
