Waipukurau's Cranford Hospice Charity Shop will be moving to larger premises at 62 Ruataniwha St on Monday, November 9, just in time for this year's Boulevard Day on November 13.
Together, the three Cranford shops in Hastings, Napier and Waipukurau contribute nearly $500,000 to the $2.2 million needed for Cranford Hospice each year.
"Moving to the new premises will allow us to provide our customers with a greater range of products, including larger furniture items," said Presbyterian Support East Coast fundraising and marketing manager Shirley Collins.
"We often get queries about house clearances, but we have been limited up until now due to lack of storage and retail space. We are very excited to be able to offer this service to our customers.
"People are becoming increasingly aware of the benefits of charity shopping - not only for charity's sake, but also for the amazing bargains that they can find."
