"I originally wanted to own a gym and doing this I found I loved working with a group of people."
MYBC classes are run five times a week, with morning and evening sessions, and members are welcome to bring along their children who can join in or play.
"The main idea of No Mediocre Fitness MYBC is providing a supportive and motivating atmosphere for ladies to get a good push to reach whatever health and fitness goals they have," she said.
"If any ladies are out there struggling with weight loss, low energy levels or fitness we have a first session free to see if you like it."
Many women felt worried about going to a gym so coming to a class like this was a more relaxed way of pushing their limit, she said.
There had been interest in MYBC in Napier for a while but Ms Harmer has not had the resources, including a new trainer, until now.
"I'm very, very excited to have expanded into Napier," she said.
Members are encouraged to come along to as many sessions as they can and the camps usually run for about 12 weeks.
Workouts are designed for all fitness levels and can be modified for injury.
There are currently about 15 in the Napier sessions but Ms Harmer hoped that would grow to Hastings' size of 40 soon.
She also plans on starting a mixed session in the future.
