The Napier City Council is asking residents for their ideas and thoughts on how they would like to see their city develop over the following decade.
As part of the council's approach to its Long Term Plan for the next 10 years a public consultation phase kicked off yesterday with members of the public asked to put their ideas and responses forward.
A special page has been set up on the council's website for people to express ideas or add comments to its Facebook page.
As well, members of the public wanting to have a say about their views on services and facilities going into the future can pick up a Freepost "talk to us" postcard.
They will be available at the main council office reception.
